How often should I clean my carpets?
It's generally recommended to have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12–18 months. However, you may need to clean them more frequently if you have pets, children, or high foot traffic.
How long is drying time?
It can take anywhere from 4-8 hours for a carpet to be completely dry based on a number of factors such as humidity, air flow and temperature. A better estimate of drying time can be given at the time of cleaning.
What methods do you use for carpet cleaning?
We are trained in all methods; however, Word of Mouth uses state-of-the-art steam cleaning and low-moisture cleaning methods. These techniques effectively remove dirt, allergens, and stains while ensuring quick drying times and minimal disruption to your routine.
Do You Move Furniture?
We provide FREE moving of light sofas, chairs and tables for our clinets. We do not move china cabinets, beds, dressers, pianos, electronics and other bulky things heavier than 100 pounds.
How soon can I walk on my carpet after it's cleaned?
You can walk on your carpet immediately after it's cleaned, but it will still be damp. You should wait 2–8 hours for your carpet to completely dry, depending on the type of carpet, the cleaning solution, and the humidity.
What if spots re-appear after cleaning?
We offer a 30 day warranty! If a Stain comes Back, We will come back... It is true that on occasion, some spots do re-appear after a carpet is cleaned. In most cases they can be re-treated. Please call us immediately if they do return.
